Are there any requirements a person has to meet to be listed on here? There is a girl in my town who has been on the local news a few times, and in the newspaper. Would she be considered a celebrity?

I would say no, she would not be considered a celebrity from what you have just said. What was she on the news for? What was she in the paper for?

The celebrities listed on here are either models, singers, actors/actresses or sports players. Therefor, like I said, from what you're said, I say no.

She has also been in the Make-a-Wish newsletter. She was on the news once for raising 14,000 dollars for a charity, once for going on a Make-a-Wish trip, and when she was younger for an Muscular Dystrophy awareness program.

Personally, I don't think that would qualify her to be put on here. But, maybe one of the moderators or the admin will read this and let you know for sure.
