How do you guys all keep track of all the sucess you've had?

i just use my website. i blog what/when i sent. post all my photos and keep current on my newest successes.

easy enough for me to maintain and to share with those interested.

I have a book, and a log on my computer. Nothing special

I sort my autographs by giving them each a "reference number". This way I can achive the sent and recived dates/ the details/ how many autographs I have... and all the other statistics easily by checking the excel spreadsheet I created.

Right now I just use a book for recording when I sent it and when I recieve it back.
I used to have a file on my computer, but I'm too lazy and forgetful.

I just keep them recorded MS Word but I should do what girlbehindthereddoor does.

Since I still have access to the address database on ST, I use that to keep track of my successes and pendings.

I remember stuff, not precisely, but if I'm going to write off to someone that I've already written to, I'd recognize the address so I wouldn't write again.

I created a massive Microsoft Word document--in it is a chart that keeps track of the celebrity's name, the dates sent and received, whether it's a mail or e-mail request, and the address I used. Also in the Word document is a list of people I'm planning to write to, plus a list of all of my pending requests, and finally a list of my successes with my own personal comments about each one.

Plus, I'm a bit obsessive-compulsive, so everything is in alphabetical order and is color-coded.

I keep a notebook, double-spaced, by date.

Date (then under that, I list the people I sent to on that day)
Name Address (Date of show if VV request) What I sent

And then when I get a return, I write in red under that info what they returned and what date I received it on.
