Cool thread. My fastest successes have been Eli Wallach (13 days), Freddie Highmore (9 days), Daniel Radcliffe VV (11 days), and David Suchet VV (12 days). {thumb2}

I guess my quickest success was the autograph from Freddie Highmore, it took only 5 days (including weekend, when the post offices are closed here {thumb2} ). But I had a few other fast replis, just can't remeber now .

My quickest ever was Dick Ayers - 3 days.

That was a VV.

Going off the top of my head, I can only think of a couple: Robert Clary took 5 days I think, but I recently got Tilda Swinton's back after 13 days. Considering it had to go from the US to UK back to the US, that was FAST! It has taken me up to 2 weeks to get stuff in the mail from the UK--so that request must have been flying!

My fastest ever was 18 hours but that was from a very minor radio dj! I emailed him at 3pm one day and recieved an autograph at 9:00 the next morning. I think he was so flattered to be asked, he signed it and whipped it straight in to the mail box

From a proper celebrity it was Petula Clark and she took four days vv. {thumb2}
