Sam, if you are really interested in getting people quick. You can go to ebay and buy the official Artbox released autograph cards. Yes, some are very expensive. But, some can be picked up cheap. And you know they are legit. I have collected most of the cards they released and then made my own cards for those people who they did not release cards from. I sent it to them and had them sign it. Below is the matte I made. I have added a few people since this pic was taken. But, from the cards I made...You should get an idea who signs through the mail.
(below the Hogwarts crest and obscured by the camera flash is a custom card that Ralph Fiennes signed. He does sign ttm. You just have to catch him at the right time.)

My problem though is that I can't get any UK stamps. I've also been told that they don't use IRC's anymore. I've heard that some people just put $2 US Dollars in with their request to cover shipping (I'm only sending out a 5x7 at the very biggest). Alot of people have told me that it works just fine, but some disagree. What's the general opinion on that? Anyone have any luck with that for Harry Potter actors?

I've had bad experiences with putting cash in envelopes..
Thats why I always offer to pay for postage through paypal or bank transfer if necesarry when I cant put a sase with my letter

Once I got a RTS from a VV request and the envelope was opened on the side and my 5€ for postage was taken out of it! but everything else was still in it! Ever since I haven't put any money in envelopes ... I just offer to pay if necessary and I add my contact information on the back of my letter (email/telephone number/address)

But I've heard many people who've had good experiences with putting dollar bills in the envelopes so it's something you'll have to decide for yourself

I have Daniel Radcliffe's and Emma Watsons's.
Daniel's took 8-9 months.
Emma's took about 11-12 months.
Daniel's is authentic, and Emma's was a PP.
This was back in 2008 so it's probably different now.

I have done it numerous times and get the stamps within 1-2 weeks.
