The hundred dollars is a 'Buy It Now' price. There isn't a reserve so it'll sell for less than that. But if you have a hundred bucks to blow and don't want to get caught in a bidding war, you can pay that and gaurantee you get it.
I don't think anyone who is still alive has an autograph on ebay sell for that much these days.
