I know this sounds crazy, but how important are SASE's in TTM requests? I just learned what SASE was last week, and I sent out to Peyton Manning today with a SASE c/o Peyback Foundation. This is the 4th time i'm sending to him, but the 1st time with a SASE, does that make my chances bigger?

It's typically common courtesy to send an SASE with your request and considered insulting if you don't. You are the one inconveniencing them for an autograph, so you want to make it as simple as possible for them. It certainly doesn't hurt to include a SASE in your request, but it probably won't increase your chances any since the vast majority of requests are already including SASEs.

I know for a fact that Greg Salas and Ryan Kerrigan sign. I'm sure it's still on the last page where I posted that I got a success from Salas a week or so ago and I got a success (my second from him) from Ryan Kerrigan just yesterday.

Looking at your list, I have seen successes from some of them and would guess the others sign as well.

Nice. Sammie Smith. His name sadly became a negative verb for a few years there in the 1990s. You know the story behind him right? Downright depressing. Sent off for him earlier this year too. Karma will probably make sure that it is not honored.
