I saw this today and it made me think of all the threads and fights people get into here about, "That signature is fake. It looks nothing like the REAL one I have."

Proof that there can be big differences in a persons signature even when signing one after the other.

Have any of you guys had a recent Steve Epting success? I see one user had a success at the Irmo address because it was forwarded by the current residents. I've done some searched, and found three or four addresses in Columbia, and just wondered if anyone knew which the correct address was? Thanks for any help,
Mike
BTW, I'm getting close to writing off Mike Zeck, and Adam and Andy Kubert, all who I sent to almost a year ago. Has anyone else have anty longstanding requests that they are close to sending the wite flag up on?

By the way, here's the Havok that Chris G is doing up for me for making a donation to the American Liver Foundation. I also have a commission in the works from Ray Kryssing that I'll post up when I get,

I have not had a recent Steve Epting return, but he did sign my Capt America comic I sent him a few years ago. I contacted him c/o his website and he emailed me the address. I seem to recall they were sent c/o his dads heating and A/C businesses head office. (The Eptings own a huge HVAC company in the south)

I got a return from Mike Zeck once. I almost forgot about it. Took a very long time, like over a year, to get back. So keep the faith.

Andy Kubert used to be a very good signer TTM. Maybe he is swamped with work right now or maybe he has gotten so slammed by requests he has stopped signing and doing sketches ttm. I have never had any luck gettting his brother Adam to sign anything TTM and I have tried him 3 times.

Other artists I have written off?
Ron Lim- sent twice and no reply in over a couple of years.
Cary Nord- wrote twice over the course of 2 years and no reply
Phil Jimenez- got a valid address and nothing back in over a year.
Lee Garbett - said he would sign ttm in an email and then nothing - won't reply to emails again too.
James Fry
Richard Howell
Dennis Calero
Mike Deodato (to be fair, he claimed to never have gotten my stuff and since it was sent to Brazil I bet thats true)
and ...dang, I can't remeber anymore but I know it is at least 5 or 6 more.
Use google before you ask. Seriously.

Sweet commissions.

June has been a bad month for me, really bad. No RTS but no successes either other than a commissioned piece.

Maybe this week will be better.
I will NOT PM you an address.
I will assist you in getting said address.
IE: give you pointers on where to get it.

kstateforever wrote:xmen610 - are you willing to post some pics of some of your two-face sketches?

I would really like to see several of the artist's take on two-face, particularly Trimpe, Grell, Templesmith, Young, and Suydam. I assume Suydam's is Zombiefied, and Young's is very "squiggly", but I bet they are all very interesting.
sure no problem

Jason, thanks for the advice. I tried emailing Mr. Epting with no luck. I guess I'll try sending to the HVAC location in Columbia and seeing how I do.
I got a great return this week. Richard Case signed a Spiderman book for me, and made me a really nice Black Cat sketch after I had asked for a sketch of his favorite Spiderman villian. It took about three months to get back, and I had contacted him through his websight.

Finally a TTM non-commissioned success.

Phil Hester.
Sent SASE, Comic, and LOR about a month or so ago.
Received signed/remarked comic and sketch card sized Wonder-Woman rocking a Godzilla Tee

I connected him via email and I would advise that you do the same.

So Phil Hester,Erik Powell, Matt Frank(variant cover artist) and the destroyed comic shop on cover guys have signed this.
