Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Flair dosen't suprise me one bit. He is all about the $$$$$$$$. What does shock me, he dosen't return the stuff with a price list.
Piper, I also sent a photo of him and I. Actually 2, one was from early 2000's and the other just this year.
As for personalization. I've found the ones who actually care if you "sell" them always personalize it. So I just send them and request an autograph if they have the time. Some sports stars actually charge MORE to personalize, LOL. never quite figured that one out.
Has anyone sent to Billy Gunn/Kip Sopp/Cute Kip, Road Dogg/BG James, Luna Vachon, Shelton Benjamin, Chyna (not the publisher addy), Fink, or Goldberg. I have or plan to send to them and wanted to see if it's worth the postage.

Today I got back a card signed by the devious one, Mr.Fuji! Sent to him on 10-7. Here's the address if needed:
Harry Fujiwara (Mr. Fuji)
PO Box 227
Jefferson City, TN 37760
And a pic of the card. It's hard to see, but he signed it in pen above his head>

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
^ I really, REALLY wish he had a marker
I'm actually thinking of sending him a few so when we send to him the graps are nicer.
On the bright side at least he is kind enough to sign. He's really great to his fans.

Two Questions
1.) I heard you could get in trouble for sending to house addresses? Is this true?
2.) Is there any way I could get Shane McMahon TTM before his last day?
Why would you "get in trouble" for sending a letter to someone's house? If it's in the phone book it's public domain.
Not sure if this is the one you don't what to send to, but I sent to this address and got my cards back quickly with a note from Dylan (Hornswoogle)

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I sent to Mr Fuji last week, I forgot he alway uses biro or I'd of sent a marker.
I have a Japan flag signed by Yokozuna I was sorely tempted to send to him, but from the UK and back I can't risk it.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
$50 Bucks for Flair? WOW!! Thats alot.
I paid $20 when he was appearing for ROH earlier this year.
I think the most I ever paid for a Wrestling one was 30 but that was the TNA Fanfest several years back. Thats alot of money but I got everyone on their roster at that time except for Sting (who wasnt there). Kurt Angle wasnt there on the fanfest day (wife was in labor) but kudos to Kurt and TNA for making up for it the next day with a private meet and greet before the PPV.

I got Luna Vachon using the addy that is posted on one of these pages. I also got chyna, I cant remember what addy I used for that one though.
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I paid $80 for a Flair combo when he first started doing the signings. Trust me, a price like that is NOTHING for in person signings. At the Legends of the Ring show in May they made a killing on Sting for *$100* per combo. Me nor any of my crew paid as I don't think I'd pay that for anyone but Hogan, but they did indeed make a killing on him.
You do pay for in person at shows, but it's the only way you'll get good, quality pictures with them and a chance to say hi and thanks.
I still don't believe in the airport/hotel stalking stuff. It's the one aspect of the hobby I will never partake in and, no offense to anyone who does it, but those who I've encountered who do it all seem to have a bit of a screw loose. You'd have to be to waste all that time doing it. Give me a nice trip to a convention any day, where I'm going to get a nice photo and autograph.
