The amount of people just screaming at these guys to come over & say "Hey, let me get an autograph!" drove me friggin crazy when I went the other day. Of course they won't stop when you yell that. That's my biggest piece of advice.
I was the only person to get ask if I could get a picture with Harvey, because like brochester said, he made a quick trip to Starbucks. The agents/bookers won't stop (Kidman/Malenko/Finlay/Noble/Mercury/Jacobs/Arn), maybe give a head nod, but that's it.
More often than not heels will just walk right in or wave (Rusev/Lana/Slater/Dallas/Axel/Sheamus/Harper/Naomi/Kofi/Woods/Cesaro) even some faces just waved/gave a head nod (Ziggler/Ryder/Ambrose/Renee/Ryback/Rowan/Rollins). Barrett has a gimmick perfect for it & said "I'm afraid I've got some bad news" before walking in! I wore a Bullet Club shirt & I was able to get Bray Wyatt over actually because of it. He stopped for 2 people & said "I have to stop for the Bullet Club" which I thought was amazing.
Because it was a TV taping, I waited until 3 & then left and came back for the show. No one else ended up coming, so I'm glad I didn't miss anyone. Good luck!
I agree, be respectful and say please to them. They don't have to come so you want to be nice to them. The more likely they are to come over.
Sometime the talent will have fun at your expense. Here are a few examples from times I went. Back when MNM were together at the beginning there was a show in Savannah, GA that I went to. They came to the fan and everyone was happy they took the first guys marker, took a few steps back and through it behind them. Of course they were just being the heels that they were. One time last year Kofi and Hornswoggle rode together. I'm not sure why but Hornswoggle will never come down and you'd think he would based on his gimmick. Well Kofi new that so the took Hornswoggles rolling bag and rolled it down to us forcing Hornswoggle to come to us and get it. This didn't change anything though as Swoggle just came down, got his bag, turned around and walked in. Another time Cesaro got out of his car. He layed his bag down to come to us so we all got excited. He then stopped, did his cesaro arm thing he does, laughed and left. It was entertaining.
