ozzman wrote:Booker T is already finished with Tna. Im gonna say expect him to resign with WWE at some point. As for Hogan and Bischoff signing with TNA, I am amused and disappointed at the same time. My opinion is Hogan will eventually be a cancer to TNA. He is too much of a control freak and what he says goes. As soon as hogan gets frustrated and leaves TNA which will happen at some point, Bischoff will be right behind him. As for Ric Flair possibly joining TNA. I for one will be so disappointed. Not That I am not a fan of TNA but the WWE was so very good to him. I would see it as a slap in the face. I always said TNA will become the new WCW. Which is exactly the path they are following. TNA needs to focus on what made them special and unique which was their X-DIVISION. Instead of wasting money on all the old timers and wwe rejects. They need to focus on the wrestlers that actually built that company and put it where is today. The cruiserweights. Sorry for the rant just very passionate about wrestling. LOL comments are welcome
The whole thing is a joke. I had to LMFAO that Hogan signs with TNA, then barely mentions then on not one but TWO talk shows.

If TNA put a 2nd TV show head to head with Raw as is being rumoured, they'll get totally spanked in the ratings.

This signing smacks of desperation, and TNA going bust inside 12 months is a very real possibiliy.

^ What? Hogan couldn't say enough good things about TNA on Jimmy Fallon. I can't say for the Joy Baher show as I don't watch that crap.

He is a HUGE name that will bring TNA the global representation they so desperately need. This will allow them to secure contracts to broadcast world wide, tour, and sell merch to a whole new demographic. In the USA we are tired of Hogan, but other countries view him as a God. Do people honestly think TNA dosen't know what they are doing????? They took a non existant promotion and built it to the number 2 wrestling company in the USA. The Carter family didn't get rich by investing stupidly.

I actually like Bischoff far more than Russo; but I would rather see Paul Heyman as their booker. TNA will make their money back on merchandise sales alone with Hogan. How you can not like having Hogan but like Foley, Angle, Steiner, Nash, Booker and Sting is odd to me. They are all past their prime and none of them compare to hogan's marketability. I'm really not a fan of TNA, but Hogan will get me to watch their program. That is exactly what they hope for by bringing him on.

I have to agree, I honestly don't like TNA that much. With Hogan on board though I'm going to tune in. I grew up watching the Hulkster and whether anybody likes it or not Hogan is the greatest wrestler of all time.

From what I saw/read he only mentioned TNA for the last few minutes and didnt really say much...

Do you really think if they go head to head with Raw, even with Hogan, that they wont get thumped in the ratings? They need to build on Hogan for at least a year before going head to head with Raw IMO.

I'd rather see Heyman there too, and they should just get rid of Russo altogether.

But Hogan or no Hogan, until they start making logical sense with storylines, they wont build.

And I was a HUGE TNA fan a few years back when they were regularly better shows than WWE, then they hired all the WWE cast offs and old guys and it went downhill. Still good in ring product but storyline wise its terrible for the most part.
