So would you say that its safe to send ttms c/o NFL team addresses? I haven't sent any NFL ttms in a while, so i wasnt sure how this lockout would affect it.

If you go to my site and want to help out, just click a few ads and help the less fortunate. My goal is to raise $100 by for people that are less fortunate than us. Thanks a ton!!!***

Also, I still haven't decided which charity I'm going to donate to. I was looking at heifer, but heard some negative things. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks for all of your help.

That's been the debate in this thread for a couple weeks now. I'd say it's probably safe, BUT make sure you're sending to teams who are typically good at getting players their mail. Sending to teams you don't see many successes for probably will not get you any results. Also, stick to second tier type players, that will always give you a higher chance at success. VERY few "stars" will sign ttm c/o team or anything else for that matter. If you want to throw out some names you were thinking of sending to or teams, I'd be happy to give you my opinion on your chances for success.

Either way, good luck!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you two know each other. What I'd like to avoid here is any back and forth. I hate all the bickering that goes on in the Wrestling thread that just clutters things up. Paul, I respect your decision if you decide to no longer post addresses, just a shame it's all because of one person.

Bottom line, this thread is for true NFL fans and collectors of autographs for their favorite players/teams. Anything other than that, to me, is counter productive. So let's do all we can do keep this momentum we have going.

No offense to you guys on this NFL thread...I used to frequent the MMA thread before it got taken over by peach-fuzz. I was unaware those little tools used this NFL thread. When I tired of them hijacking and ruining that thread and finally starting giving them shit, I made them a promise they weren't getting any address from me. That includes NFL addresses. NFL collectors tend to be over the age of 20 and somewhat intelligent...unlike the poseur high school crowd that adores MMA now because fighters are exactly what they're not...tough and over-sexed. Sorry guys.

I like this thread and don't want it to die out. I hope everyone contributing here will keep posting and not let things get out of hand. I am willing to help out others since I too may need some help from time to time. That being said, I'll only help out those who only take for so long.

See, this I agree with Jeff. All I want is for this thread to continue to thrive and become as big as I always thought it should be. The last thing I want is for a bunch of useless posts where there is nothing but bickering like in some of the other discussion threads. I too have a low tolerance for those who only take and never put in the effort. That's why when I had a success from Shaq, I didn't give out the address that only took me 2 minutes to find.

This is a give and take thread, not a take, take, take thread. The research isn't that hard, and we can all do it. I hope you all feel that I have contributed to this thread, and yes I have benefited from getting addresses as well. I'd like for that to continue.

I'd like to respectfully ask that this to be the end of any non-NFL TTM related discussion. Let's get back to what we're really here for. Remember guys, this is supposed to be fun! So if anyone wants to keep this bickering up, save it or take it somewhere else.

Redskins fans! After a long dry spell, could I be getting on a roll? Second success this week, here's the details:

Sent: 5-11-11
Rec'd: 5-25-11

Kurt Gouveia, former linebacker for the Skins, signed my card in fine silver sharpie. Oddly enough he signed the back, which is fine and I've been noticing a lot lately. Here's the address I used and a pic of the sig.

Kurt Gouveia
138 Seagrove Ln
Mooresville, NC, 28117
