Here we go, recent successes since Dick Butkus:

Jared Allen signed a Topps Attax cover and an index card for me.
Leslie Frazier signed 1 4X6 photo

Got back from Scott Fujita c/o The Cleveland Browns. Took about 60 days.

Got a few Jim McMahon's back today. Took about 12 days from his home in Arizona.

OH YEAH! Sorry forgot to comment on it, but congratulations on Butkis! That's awesome! I'll give him a shot later this month! He was not only an important part of the NFL but he also was very much involved with the XFL- for what that was worth. Alex Karras' heath failed before I sent out to him so I backed off on shooting stuff out.

Sent out to Chris Zorich, Jeff Hostetler, and Mike 'Pinball' Clemons (CFL) earlier this month. Ickey Woods and Andre Ware are pending from last month still. Cross your fingers on Ware for me. I've seen a few successes recently and have been looking for him for a while but the response times vary.

OH YEAH! Sorry forgot to comment on it, but congratulations on Butkis! That's awesome! I'll give him a shot later this month! Give him a shot! Just make sure you write "Donation Enclosed" on the envelope and he signed 2 for $3, so if you pay small fees for ttms, this one may be the most reasonable I've ever seen.

I got back Bill Belichick today. I sent a superbowl license plate. The turnaround was only 2 weeks. I'm taking it to have it matted so the holes for the screws will be covered up.

Got back my first ttm for my "project hit the deck", and for my Giants poster. It's from Mr. Harry Carson. He signed a 9 of clubs card to represent the number of Pro Bowls he was in and he signed two bookplates, 1 for my Giants poster and 1 for my Hall of Fame poster. Project hit the deck is getting a deck of cards (the whole 52 deck plus jokers) signed by someone who had something to do with that card. I'm doing this project for 1 baseball deck, 1 basketball deck, 1 football deck and 1 other sports/non sports deck. And this first one is a football return.

I got back from Mr. Butkus today. Sent $5 and a card. Took 2 weeks. Use addy you posted. My Bears project is coming along

Congrats. I think $5 is well worth it for a Hall of Fame player, and there is really no doubt about Butkus being worth it.
