The Hogan sig matches the two IP sigs I have.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Throughout Hogan's career his signature has changed regularly. He has Hollywood, cursive, print, ruched print with mostly straight lines connected y the u and o-g, the one shown, and many more rushed examples. What he got seems legit to me. I have one exactly like it that I had authenticated by PSA/DNA, others i got IP, and from being around other collectors who stalk regularly I honestly feel you got a legit signature, especially since you mailed to his huse.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I made some comments earlier about this Hogan autograph, but I have had some time to look at others and I believe it is real - A few reasons:
1. He had time to sign it nicely. Not rushed like at a book signing or mob of fans.
2. The cards that ORKIN sends are small... Like almost business card size, so you cannot really rush and sign real large and loose like on a magazine or paper.
3. The A in Hogan and n are VERY much like his IP stuff. That little scribble with the "n" is what he does, so I think it all looks good.
* I hope it is in fact real. Good Job, Orkin:-)

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Hi, guys!
1) chriscollector: Hogan’s signature has not changed that much during his career. He has signed as “Hulk Hoganâ€, “Hulksterâ€, “Hollywood Hoganâ€, “Hollywood Hulk Hogan†(or just “Hollywoodâ€) but the style has always been the same.
And what about authenticated autographs? Please…
The problem with Hogan’s signature is just that it has been faked so many times (I already explained the problem earlier in this thread) that many fans don’t know what an authentic Hogan autograph is… (for example, his signature on the linked picture from Rocky III is fake… like many other Hogan and Stallone dual signature pictures sold on Ebay…
)
2) Mjr Frank Burns: Hogan definitely does not sign “nicelyâ€. I have seen personalized IP autographs signed exactly like the others…
One more thing: you say that cards sent by TheORKINman are small. It’s true. Exactly like any trading card. Why don’t you take a look to the Hogan autographed certified trading cards? The signature is exactly the same, just smaller…
3) TheORKINMan: you say that some people have posted IP sigs that look quite similar (specifically from a book signing). Again, sorry , I disagree: his signatures from his two book signings are different!
So, guys, I admit that this signature is not bad as other fake autographs I have seen, but – again – to me it’s not his real signature.
P.S. I’m not here to drive you crazy… I just try to help!

Look at this thread:
viewtopic.php?t=166824
Someone posts a Hogan IP Book signing sig that looks very similar and has almost all of the same characteristics. Then someone else posts a link to another IP Hogan that also shares those characteristics.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Todays success, UMAGA, yes you read that correct UMAGA!!!!!!! It was lost in the mail! He wrote happy holiday sall over the envelope on the front and back around every edge, personalized 4 photos with really nice inscriptions. I've met him before so I know his autograph, this is legit. I know there will be doubters so tomorrow I will get my digi off my Mom (loaned it to her because we got 3 feet of snow and she loves taking pictures) and post the envelope and all the signed photos.
Also got Nikolai Voloff on an Allen & Ginters card, index card, and he answered a few questions I asked him.
This has rejuveniated my spirits. Just yesterday Burns, me, and a bunch of others were talking about the dry spell. When stuff like this happens it really makes me happy! Keep the faith guys, whenever something like this happens you can't help but get excited all over again.

Awesome, yet sad Umaga success Chris. Glad you got some back, because it's been awhile since I got any wrestling returns.
