Sorry, guys, but this autograph is fake: it absolutely does not match Hogan’s authentic (IP) signature. {down}
Some people have posted IP sigs that look quite similar. Specifically from a book signing.

I have no idea about it being real or not but I really like the way you have the thing for them to sign with there name and what they do. I really would like to have something like that made is it just regular computer paper?

chriscollector wrote:Todays success, UMAGA, yes you read that correct UMAGA!!!!!!! It was lost in the mail! He wrote happy holiday sall over the envelope on the front and back around every edge, personalized 4 photos with really nice inscriptions. I've met him before so I know his autograph, this is legit. I know there will be doubters so tomorrow I will get my digi off my Mom (loaned it to her because we got 3 feet of snow and she loves taking pictures) and post the envelope and all the signed photos.

Also got Nikolai Voloff on an Allen & Ginters card, index card, and he answered a few questions I asked him.

This has rejuveniated my spirits. Just yesterday Burns, me, and a bunch of others were talking about the dry spell. When stuff like this happens it really makes me happy! Keep the faith guys, whenever something like this happens you can't help but get excited all over again.

Great success cant wait to see the photos!

Nope it's glossy cardstock. Check out the link in my sig if you want to see how I'm putting them all together, there's almost 60 on the glass so far (the glass will hold 143 total).

Only took a few weeks also.

Someone posts a Hogan IP Book signing sig that looks very similar and has almost all of the same characteristics. Then someone else posts a link to another IP Hogan that also shares those characteristics.
Yeah, the signatures posted by jbb1116 and luxzombie have been obtained IP and are a perfect example of Hogan’s real autograph. {up}
You say that they are very similar and have almost all of the same characteristics.
I disagree. I admit that what you received is not as bad as other fake signatures I have seen but it is not the real deal. And please also read what jbb116 wrote: “I'm not sure if the one you got is authentic”.
Again, sorry, but the signatures are so different… I honestly don’t understand how you guys can say that they match! :shock:
I also read on the linked page that Mjr Frank Burns originally had a different opinion about the authenticity... :lol: ;-)

Hey! :)
Why don’t you post here a picture of the trading cards you received? It would be interesting to take a look! ;-)

I'm not sure what you don't see. Can you post some specifics as to what you see as different? The lk in Hulk is consistant with his IPs and the g and capital A in Hogan is also the same.

Friendly do you not get it came from his HOME ADDRESS????? Who's there forging his graph? You talk like it's some ebayer or dealer selling these "fake signatures". You keep this argument going with no examples to explain your "facts". You say things are fake with no evidence other than you say so.

Just drop it already. That signature matches his signature perfectly fine. I've met him a number of times, I have friends who recently paid to meet him or attended book signings and the sigs look just fine.

Is it really that big of a deal someone else got a Hogan graph? Did you want to be the only guy with a "real Hulk Hogan authentic autograph"? Give it a rest dude. You keep saying the same thing every post with no proof or added points to the discussion.

As for me taling about PSA/DNA; I met him IP and sent it to get authenticated for display purposes. And that signature looks exactly like this one. I handed him the item, pen, and watched him sign it. I know it's his autogtraphs regardless of an authenticator. He signs this exact signature whether you want to admit it or not. Linda is in Cali, Brooke has her own place (not like she's going to forge Daddy's graph anyway),a dn Nick is in Cali. So who is in Hulk's house forging his mail?????? Must be that darn ebayer selloing the Sly/Hogan posters.

What I see as different?
Everything, sorry.
To me, it is a copy of his autograph: so, it's only apparently consistant. I would just say that the signature is somehow "unsteady"... Hogan's autograph is definitely not easy to fake.
Take a close look and you will find out that the letters are not connected like in the IP examples. And the writing is hesitant too... {down}

I don't have to persuade you... If you still think that your autograph is authentic, well, enjoy it! ;-)
