My first autograph ever was of Ben Jones aka Cooter way back when Dukes of Hazzard was still on. Got him when he came to our town. Today was a new first in my autograph collecting a soccer ttm from player Dax McCarty
Scifi, comic books and a few other areas are my interests in autograph collecting. If you want to talk feel free to pm me.

Re: Your First Autograph
My first autograph was Ringo Starr.
When I was a kid, I was helping my uncle move into his new house. I grabbed a large picture frame that had a newspaper clipping about Ringo Starr going to rehab and a piece of paper signed by him and his wife, Barbara Bach (former James Bond girl, one of the stars of the movie, Caveman). I asked my uncle about it and he said he had met him on a plane to Arizona (I think?) for rehab. Being a stupid kid, I kept asking him how much he would sell it to me for, which is funny because I definitely didn't have any money. After I asked him a hundred times he said, "you know what, I'll give it to you."
And thats what started my collecting...
