I know Macho called drunk the night he quit WWF/E to Vince's house and left a message on the answering machine, but that can't be it. Vince will do anything to make a dollar. It's got to be something pretty crazy though.
Well I kinda figured once they released the Macho Madness DVD that he was a shoe-in this year.

Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll be put in next year in Atlanta. I plan on making the trip.

Vince is business man and he knows we would pay fro the old Savage matches.

We have no new Action Figures or appearances since WCW.

He is a recluse
I will NOT PM you an address.
I will assist you in getting said address.
IE: give you pointers on where to get it.

It's been said that Vince has never felt more betrayed by any of his wrestlers leaving than Savage because supposedly he never gave him a chance to make a counter-offer to the one WCW made.
In my opinion, Vince didn't deserve one. He liked to put down his legends before they got too big for his own taste. He put Savage in his prime announcing (and he was one of the best at that no doubt) and only gave him the chance to wrestle the minimum necessary for him not to lose his license as a wrestler.
He made Bret lose to Backlund (by influence of the Cliq) and instead of giving Backlund a longer reign (thus making Bret's loss a meaningful one) he made him lose to Diesel (just 2 days later) who held the title for a year and who drew very little money and main evented the worst Wrestlemania ever with HBK, who screwed him by turning himself babyface just to put himself over even though he was the heel in the match).
What Vince should've done ahead of time was to plan a match between Backlund and Savage at the Rumble where Savage would win the title and then make Bret vs Savage for the Mania main event.
This would be one hell of a classic match and would save that Mania. They had an unbelievable match in Japan in 94 (where acording to Bret, WWE treated Savage even more like dirt) that showed us what they could do if given the chance.
Both of them were huge fans of each other and were always disappointed for never getting the chance of that one classic match in the WWE.

After a second try I finally got Jerry Lawler yesterday. {up} I sent him a LOR, index card and SASE and he sent me a b/w personalized 8x10. I also request that he do a small sketch for me and on the index card I provided he drew a Batman profile. A very nice addition to my wrestling collection.

Used the Walnut Grove address.

Going through a bit of a dry spell recently. Stinks. However I am sending out alot of requests over the next couple of days, so here's hoping. Anyways..

Today's Success ---

Raven - Sent 1/2/10 a sase, lor and photo - received 3/11 my photo back signed and personalized. This is my second Raven success, as I got one back from him in Dec. I still have a couple of other items I'd love to have signed, but I don't want to be to greedy. lol.. So I'll send a little down the line this year.
