I got the same Warlord promo last week. I really gotta get my scanner working. He really is a generous guy. Nice rare shot of him with hair too.

The Putski mag is sweet too, I sent him some 85 Topps cards the other day. I met him at a Boston convention in 04 and he was a really nice guy too. He's a lot shorter than most people realize as well.

Hey guys,

I just got back from Megacon a couple of hours ago. I got to meet Jerry Lawler. Super nice guy. I paid for my autograph and as I was leaving I said thanks for being a great through the mail signer. He replied with a heavy sigh and said "Yeah...I don't know how my address got out there..." He seemed annoyed that people were sending him stuff to send. I can't force you all to stop sending, but I do ask on his behalf, maybe we should stop? Clearly he didn't want this.

Anyway, it was a great event. Oh, PS. They were unannounced, but I saw, at the table right next to Jerry Lawler mind you, Kizarny and Stacy Carter AKA The Cat. I wonder if that was awkward?

You know if it really bothers him, he can just not sign or charge for TTM.
I will NOT PM you an address.
I will assist you in getting said address.
IE: give you pointers on where to get it.

How it got out there??? A phone book! LOL, if you don't want your address in the phone book and on the website you have to contact them to remove it from the database.

I'm sorry but I doubt it. He is one of the best TTM guys and always signed as much as you send even writing notes and drawing little pictures. Hard to believe he hates TTM when he is one of the best at doing it.

Honestly I don't see the point of even bringing that up to him. If you are paying to meet him, then on the way out saying thanks for allowing me to get you for free TTM. I think it was more or less he wasn't thrilled you were speaking about it at a convention, one of his bread and butter incomes. TTM fans don't really do cons so he accepts that; he was thinking "Oh jeez, this guy just told the whole line to mail me all there photos from today and I'll sign everything for free".

I'm sure you're a nice guy but playing the union rep for a TTM celeb is absurd. I find it extremely irritating when i see posts like this. If they don't like it they wont sign, simple as that.

Dear Chriscollector,

Back off. I feel bad for the guy now that I actually know how he feels for signing things for people that only care about themselves, ie Y-O-U.

I never said that he hates signing through the mail, but maybe he's just TIRED of it. Be a litte sympathetic.

You know what? I brought that up to him because I appreciated what he did for me. Have you ever sent him a thank you card just to say how much you appreciate what he does? I had the opportunity and I took it. FYI, his "bread and butter" I THINK is a little show called RAW. And hey, smart guy, I was the only guy in line, hence the reason I thanked him. It was still early enough in the convention where there wern't many people in the autograph area yet. Is that ok with you?

I AM a nice guy. That's the reason I wanted to share his thoughts about what we do, sending things TTM. I could care less about if you find posts like mine irritating.

Bread and butter is unclaimed, untaxed cash; for minimal work. A salary for working RAW for 3 hours, then going to HQ for voiceover/editing, the travel, etc. is all on salary. Getting $10 bucks a graph is cake money. "legends" and former stars make a lvining on the convention scene; do you not see the business end of a convention????? MONEY, autographs is big business; for little to no actual work.

Caring about my self???? Because I do the exact same thing as you and send TTM? If that's the case maybe we should petition for a name change and call it the selfiish-non-sympathetic-graphers.site LOL, you make me laugh. I never sold an autograph or abused anyone, quite contrary I often send $$ or extra photos for them to keep as a token of my appreciation.

And a selfless thank you note; LOL; I've been sending them for ages. I send Christmas cards to a whole list who I stay in contact with because of the thank you letters I sent.

The bottom line is quite clear; if he hates it he will stop signing. He dosen't need you to beg for "sympathy". as if you became blood brothers. get lost !

I'm not going to fight with you. I think I speak for everyone when I say worry about who you send to and not what everyone else does. You met the guy for 5 minutes if that and want to do him some kind of favor and have everyone stop requesting him. You pay a few bucks to meet him and get your stuff signed, and now you want everyone to stop requesting his autograph. I guarantee you I'm not the only one who thinks your post is nonsense.

Guys, I love this topic just as much as everyone who posts in it, but if the fights continue and name calling ensues then it will be locked by admin. My advice is just ignore each other. I would hate to see all the hard work you guys put into this topic be ended.
