Yeah I like the Vintage cards alot better than the new ones. I have a friend who helps me make figures for the characters that don't have figures.kman102 wrote:Those are really cool! So, you are going to put a figure with them?DarthBW wrote:Mailed out to the following Clone Wars actors today:

I'm trying out a new custom card with the actors on it, I'd like to know what everyone thinks.

Also I know its not autograph related but I think its really cool, I just finished a card for my friends Lego figure.

That's cool. How do you attach the figure to the card?DarthBW wrote:Yeah I like the Vintage cards alot better than the new ones. You can buy replacement bubbles on eBay for around $1, or sometimes I use the bubble off a figure I already have.
The way I got started making them is I have a few friends in the 501st and I made them cards with pictures of themselves on them and I thought this would be a cool way to keep collecting signed figures and not have to pay so much to send the figure threw the mail.

Nice! I am just starting to send out to artists. What addresses did you use for them?

I've got a question. I've got a poster that I want to make my next project. I can either fold it up and put it in an 10x13 (or whatever the next size up envelope is) or I can roll it up and put it in a poster tube. What kind of tube do I use though? Is it those triangle shaped ones I've seen?
And how would the person send the poster back?
I would really appreciate any help I could get.

Waiting for: Georges St-Pierre, Matt Hamill, Chuck Liddell, Alexandra Daddario, Kevin McKidd, Frank Oz, Scott Foley, Ben Barnes, Henry Winkler, Rory Culkin, Mark Williams, Michael Gambon, Julie Walters, Kenny Baker.

I kinda answered your question over at RS, but for return, Most time you put another tube inside the mailing one. so buy two tubes big enough to hold the poster, but make sure one in a tad smaller than the other and simply slide the smaller one inside the larger one.
Sending posters TTM isn't cheap, so be prepared to spend around $10.00-$15.00 for just one person to sign it. it might be more depending on where it's going.

Ah that is alot just to have one person sign it..that doesn't even include the ones that charge for their signature.RYAN J. wrote:I kinda answered your question over at RS, but for return, Most time you put another tube inside the mailing one. so buy two tubes big enough to hold the poster, but make sure one in a tad smaller than the other and simply slide the smaller one inside the larger one.Sending posters TTM isn't cheap, so be prepared to spend around $10.00-$15.00 for just one person to sign it. it might be more depending on where it's going.

I guess it would be better for me to just fold it up and send it.
