Thank you that is very helpful! I have obtained American stamps so that is not a problem. Is a charity headed letter of request with what we do, why it is important, plus our non profit number and website ok? Or do we need actual official registration docs as well? i will write to Jude as you suggested and ask for both requests.

I would say that your letterhead with your non profit number and website are fine. You don't need your official registration documents to show. The reason why I said that is because there are some people who claim that they're a charity and are not. Some celebs are getting very picky with who they sign for. And the other reason I suggested writing to Jude Law on your official letterhead is since Broadway has their own charities, you probably will get a better response by writing the person.

Waiting on a response from "Billy Elliott" as well. {thumb2}
Tomorrow I'm sending to "Burn the Floor" and "Avenue Q". Hoping to catch the Q cast in time before the show ends.
Yes, I received an opening night stamped signed playbill from Mary Stuart. It was an awesome show. Hope you got to see it at least. You can view my playbills, including Mary Stuart, here: http://ldyedgwareauto.webs.com/

I searched this on google and found out from the New York Time's website that
"previews" are scheduled to begin on Sept. 12 and an official opening is slated for Oct. 6.

Send it on September 12. He'll definitely get it!!!! (whether or not he responds is a different story!)
Just received two playbills today. I am very excited that I got them both as I left one perhaps a bit late to send, and the other I am just so happy to have.
