I haven't received a reply to any of my requests yet this year, i think the last one i got was back in December. I'm starting to wonder what i'm doing wrong as i always send pics, SASE and a polite letter but i see others getting replies from people i wrote to at the same time or before but no luck for me. Either there's something wrong with my letters or my postman has a massive collection of autographs sent to me in his house

Patience. I too have experienced similarities, but allow ample time and you usually get feedback in some form or another. As a rule of thumb I allow 9 months to pass before I re-write to someone. That usually ends with success as agents can misplace fanmail. With TTM is all down to luck.

It can be frustrating when you see others finding success whe you're not. I'd say we've all gone through dry spells on here. It's all part of collecting I guess.
