I wanted to add that,

Julianne Moore in person, is such a sweet and genuinely nice person.

In really cold weather she took the time to sign several autos for me and others and took 3 pictures with me!!


Also, Try Kim Catrall via venue, I wrote to her via a play in London, which is no longer open, and she responded promptly.

One thing that I do, which may or may not help, but just as a suggestion to everyone:

When writing to the the celeb, I ask them to please sign my picture or whatever item to me personally and give my first name.

I feel that if you are asking to have it personlaized they will know you want it and do not want or intend to sell it. YOu could also come right out and say its for personal not to eb sold.

Also, to the member who lives in Poland, just a thought that maybe it is the distance why you aren't getting successes.

I didn't mean that there was anything wrong with where you live, but I was thinking that some might not bother to return it, it might take a lot longer, and that there was more chance of it getting lost or misplaced going all the way Canada or USA to parts of Europe. But I bet you get stuff from England faster than we do here.

That's the approach I took with Harper Lee, a notorious non-signer due to eBay.

She's reclusive to begin with, and I made it clear that her signature would be treasured by US and passed down to our child, so hopefully the sincerity will come through.
