The thread is full of players that people have asked about. Read through it and you'll get some ideas.

I'm not trying to be mean or put-offish, but the only way to know who signs and who doesn't is to join SportsCollectors.net and pay the 15 bucks for a full year's subscription. You could sign up for the free membership and view the last two weeks of successes, but that really doesn't work very well with current players since some of them might not sign any fan mail for weeks at a time, and some of them even wait until end of the season to sign. But it works very well to see what former players are signing.

Would it be too late to send to the spring training addresses and expect any successes back? I have a bunch of baseball cards I want to send out. Thanks everyone for all the help! This has been a great and useful forum!

I sent the bulk of mine out mid Feb, but I'm still sending here and there to lesser known guys to ST. I figure if I dont get them back maybe someone hangs on to them and I could get them during the season maybe. I'm not too worried about anything I send out though.
