If I send to a different country I just put a few cash notes inside and no stamp on my return envelope. The cash will pay for the postage back to me.
You can get USA or any country's notes from the money exchange shops even small amounts Like 2 or 3 dollars at a time.

I just started writing again and I haven't had any pictures back yet this year. But seeing as I have sent almost 80 since Christmas I should get some back real soon. 1/3 of them were to the UK.
