lol I've sort of done this quite a few times. Sometimes when you write to an author/producer or someone whose image isn't in the public eye, you get back a photo and think "who the heck is that?" Maybe that's what happened here?

Highly doubt it - Cavazzoni is an actress/model. It's just a common case again of someone requesting an autograph from a celeb they don't know, and abusing that person's time/generosity.
