My thoughts is exactly what you told us not to think, you're a spoiled brat. These celebrities aren't obligated to sign anything for anyone. If I were a popular celeb I don't think I'd want to spend time answering fanmail either. I have better things to do.

Personally, if I were a celeb I think I would try really hard to get to all my fanmail but if I got more popular and there was an overwhelming amount I honestly couldn't say what I'd do. I'm sure I'd give it my best effort but we can't truely say what we would do till we are put in that situation

Hmm, I'm kind of half and half.
I would prefer to recieve an authentic autograph rather than just a PP, but I also understand that a star does have a life - they have a job to go to and most likely some family members of some kind and/or friends to spend time with.
I had a few penpals before, and I know me writing 5-20 pages is obviously going to take longer than someone just writing their name, but still, it took me more than one day to answer the handful of penpals I had - and a star is going to have a lot more mail than i did and they'd also have less time on their hands to answer it than i did.
There are still a lot of people who do try and reply as much as they can (or at least are good IP signers), and I suppose a PP is the next best thing to a personally signed photo (and it's not a total fake like one signed by a sec.!).

Whats the matter with you people,if fans weren't exist then stars don't exist either,they should show some respect,I didn't said to give us money or something,just to send a damned signed autograph,as about if I'm a spoiled brat I won't even reply to that.anyway its your thoughts..

Celebs would always exist even without fans...movies will still be made with or without fans more than likely. I think that you're ridiculous for posting this. Celebrities are PEOPLE, I'm sure there are things that you don't have time to do that's just something added on top of a busy schedule.

You don't need to reply to it in order to convey my point. The celebrities don't owe you anything - Point blank. greekman : im also greek and i feel totally humiliated that you think that way about celebs..WHY on earth do you think celebs are needed to send autographes to fans?THEY ARE HUMANS!! not some machines that can write 1000 autographs each day..stop writing in this forum if you are continueing with this dum thing..they are people!i dont think you wanna sign your name 1000 times each day..?

Yes, it's annoying when you can't get that most wanted autograph. I absolutely love David Jason, but due to the volume of fan mail he recieves, he just can't answer all requests.
Unlike the thread starter, I have respect for celebrities who don't have the time to sign. Their lives are hectic enough without having to worry about answering a ton of letters!
I have more of a problem with celebrities who are rude in person than I do with celebrities who don't sign ttm {thumb2}
