Hi just wondering what other people do to keep track of their autograph success?? I keep mine in a Excel document on the computer. I've seen one person's that I'm very jealous of. Just thought it would be interesting to see what other's do.

i keep a book and write the date i sent it and the date i received it and i put the address in it aswell

I made myself a spread sheet that i print out 5 blanke pages. One the lines I put the celeb name, dates i send and things like that. here's a pic....

I have 2 legal pads, one for addresses, and one for send and receive dates, abd I have a note book with send and receive dates, plus I have my website

i use excell and keep track theree.

I have an MS Access database. I record all people in there I plan to send to, with a field for address, what they've been in etc, then I fill in the send date, what I've sent, then when they come back I fill in the receive date, how many days it took and what they sent. That way I can sort by name, send date or received date or duration

I have a Big Black Book that I call the "Celebrity Book" and it is full with contacts.
Singers, Bands, managers, Publicists, etc. But I also know alot of people ;)

But as for things I send out, I have those on my computer saved in word.

and when I recieve it back, I put RCVD: 00-00-00
I also include a note of what I sent be it a CD insert, Record jacket or just a plain letter.

Its been so much fun.
I just started collecting this year and its a fun hobby.
Sometimes I feel like a detective seeking out addresses online, lol
but its all in good fun.

I use excel aswell. I only use it for success I have had, I just keep a note in my head of celebs I have wrote to that have not replied lol

I couldn't tell you when I sent or recieved half my autographs! I put them all on my website when I recieve them but that's all I do. I'm very disorganised

Well, I have a notebook, where I wrote all the celebs I'd like to write to and then I just write there sent and received dates, it looks like girlbehindthereddoor's sheets, but it's a notebook. I don't write there addreses so I've got some problems sometimes to remember what address I used
