What if I don't include an IRC?

What if I don't include an IRC when sending abroad? Is it just down to the receiver if they want to pay postage?

I´m still sending my ,,fanmails" without IRC or stamps...

So will this work, if I send a letter to America, without IRC's or Stamps, will they definately get the letter though?

It depends on the celebrity if he/she will be kind enough to pay a postage for you. Some celebs don't respond without IRC. I alsways try to include an IRC or SASE to my letter for it increases the chance of getting my autograph back.
