Stamps vs. Dollars

I"m sending some letters (w/ SASE and pictures for them to sign) to some movie stars, but I ran out of stamps! Do u think it will decress my chance of getting a answer if I stick a dollar bill in for the postage, instead of actually putting on a stamp? Thanks so much!

I send a dollar bill with every request to the USA and my success rate is excellent. I don't think it will harm your chances. Just out of interest though, why don't you spend your dollar on more stamps?

HI! Thanks! I did use stamps, but I lost em, so it's just a little eaiser for me to stick a dollar in, rather then go to the post office, get the stamps, come home, then go back and mail em! LOL!

That is so annoying when you lose your stamps! I'm always buying books then I use a couple and put the rest down, never to be seen again! I think a little gnome comes in to my house and pinches them

you could always just do what i do... get everything ready and take everything to the post office, buy stamps there, then send them on their merry way
