Purchasing photos?

Does anyone have any recommendations for purchasing photos rather than printing them? Do you also have anyt recommendations for where to print them from? I'm new at collecting and am not sure where to go for quality resources. Thanks!

I recently ordered a bunch of pictures from Photobox.co.uk. I live in Hungary and got my pictures in two days. (weekdays) They are all really good quality, and believe it or not, they sent me two sets! (one set color enhanced and the other set just how I uploaded the pictures)
Shipping is only 1.50 pounds within Europe, and when you register, you get 50 6"x4" prints free! ;)
