Even though I am very happy when i recieve an autograph in the mail, a few times I've been lucky enough to have the celeb write a letter back as well. Even though that rarely happens I'm very happy when it does.

* Christopher atkins wrote a very nice note back, showing he hda read my letter. Very surprised by that.

* I usually collect autographs from soccerplayers and atlethes, they sometimes write back, again I'm really happy when they do.

* Jonathan Cerada (french/belgian singer) wrote a note back.

anyone else ever gotten a letter back? if so from who, and what did they say?

I got a long response from Devon Werkheiser on my photo so thats kind of a letter.

I got a letter back from Burt Kwouk, handwritten, which was so cool. He was in the Pink Panther films, British Mini-series Tenko, and he's the narrator from Banzai.

I have had a letter from Eamonn Holmes, James O Brien, Comic Relief, Ben Jones, Corinne Wicks and Anita Dobson.

colin firth sent me a letter back to my second letter to him. he wrote the letter using computer and signed with his real signature

I sent some letters to the ITV series of Bad Girls and got sent some postacrds with letters/notes on the back about how great fanmail makes the job and some answered some of my questions which was really cool!
I asked about the next series and they answered! It was ace, although the series I asked about has been on now! But it proved they had read my letter which was nice!

But more well known I got a personalized letter back from Sasha Alexander while she was on Dawson's Creek. She told me about working with Joshua Jackson who I love, so that was really cool.
