sending a picture to sign

I sent Dakota Fanning and her sister Elle letters without a photo. I'm worried I won't get an autogrph. I thought they signed a huge bunch of photos, some signing personally and sent them out. I just hope that happens. Have any of you ever sent in a letter and got a signed photo back? Please tell me to make me feel better! I'm new to the whole autograph collecting scene.

Dakota and Elle are great signers and I have seen many people get autographs without sending photos.

that makes me feel better, knowing that they do sign photos by the masses. but what about other celebs- like Lindsey Lohan? i want an autograph soooo bad but i don't feel like spending money for a photo to send for her to sign. help?

i got one from both of them without a picture.... you will have great luck getting one from both of them

Don't worry about Lindsay Lohan, either! She is a GREAT signer, despite her super stardom! I think she pretty much requires a S.A.S.E., though. I sent one, and she sent me a great 8x10 COLOR inscribed and signed photo about a week ago. Shes a first-class signer, and it took no where near the time I thought it would. Only like two weeks, which is great!

Oooo, I sent a request to Lindsay about 2-3 weeks ago, hopefully she will send my Picture back, That would be AWEOMSE! I just get a post card recently, about 1 week after i sent the photo, you wouldnt think that is my return?? That may be from my 1st request!

Have you written to them? I wrote to her(Dakota) about a week ago, and i sent a sae, and an uptown girls dvd cover. how long do you think i'd have to wait if i'm from Canada?
