How many IRCs to send from USA to England.
I live in England and want to know how many IRCs it would cost to send a typical 8x10 photo in an envelope back from the states. 1 or 2.

Also the same for Europe to UK.

If you want a 8x10 photo returned, 2 IRC's will be sufficient.

The same goes with letters from Europe to the UK.
