You have to be as busy as a beaver!!! I collect autographs since May 08 and got 5 so far {thumb2} Do not send out that much...

I've not been collecting long enough! I've missed out on so many opportunities (like an authentic from Daniel Craig), because I only started doing this 'seriously' in November of 2007.

I've been collecting TTM since 1998.

Before 1998 I collected mainly IP signed books through Author signings.

So, at least 15 years offhand. I'll have to double check the first signed book that I got IP, because I don't honestly remember the year I got the first book signed.

I've been interested in autographs since 2000, but didn't start collecting 'officially' TTM until the summer of 2006.

I got my first autographs of some baseball players in Philadelphia in 1972. Since then I've amassed a collection of about 13,000. Many of those were accumulated during the 1980's and 90's when I used to send out about a thousand letters a year.

Crazy but true! I'm really building off all the great energy here from everybody who loves the hobby.

i got my first autograph at about 8 or 9 years old. i started collecting at age 11, so around 2001.

I picked up one or two autographs over the years but I only became a serious collector in early September '08.
