hey
I just gotten a RTS, but there's something I don't really understand. Maybe you guys can help me with this one?
On the envelop there's a yellow label which says:
"forward time exp rtn to send
: chip ganassi racing
8500 w moreland rd
concord nc 28027-7571"
what do they mean with "forward time exp" ?
Why is that adress there? I wrote chip ganassi racing but to a different adress. Why have they put that 'new' adress on there?
can anyone explain this to me?

When a person moves or switches addresses, they most likely get a "Forwarding Order." Those last for about a year. What the orders do is they tell the post office to "Forward" the mail that was sent to their old address to their new address. When an order becomes expired, the post office send it back to you. If it has an address on it; it means that the post office has the new address on file, and are telling you to re-send it to that address, because they are to lazy.
