STAMP ?S, asap help please

i have a question regarding stamps. I am mailing out 10x13 envelopes, how many stamps should I put on there, I have THREE 39 cent stamps, all they have is a letter, photo, and SASE, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thansks, detroitpistons

thanks for your help. i ended up using THREE 39 cent stamps and ONE 41 cent stamp, just to be sure, I don't want to not get my auto just becuase i didn't hav enough postage. Most celebs wouldn't add on the extra, they wouldn't care =[ but i hope i get my replies back!
