Does this venue accept fanmail?

I'm going to send a letter to Rihanna soon, she's having a concert there.

Hello!
I'm not sure if this venue pass on fan mail, it's listed as one of the venues which do, but I sent there a letter to Nickleback and I've never heard back. Rihanna seems to be a good VV signer, though

I emailed them a while back and they said no, they dont pass on mail. Which is disappointing as there have been a few people who've been there I wanted to write to

Thanks a lot. I think we should change it to venues that don't pass on fanmail then.
