Principato Young Management: do they accept fanmail?

Hi! 
I have to send a request c/o Principato Young Management of Beverly Hills.
Can you please kindly tell me if they pass fanmail to their clients?
Have you ever received a reply (or a RTS) from someone represented by this Agency?
I could also send my request c/o the Creative Artists Agency of Los Angeles, but I have read that they don't pass fanmail to the stars...
