I saw a book that said that if you write a letter to Her majesty it will always end up on her desk in the morning. You may not get an autograph but it is cool to know.

I wrote to her about 6 months ago, I'm from America and well it was a pretty fast reply if I recall correctly. Anyway, you will get a note from a "Lady-in-Waiting" and usually several pages about the Queen.
No harm in trying for an auto again! For some unknown reason you may just get lucky!

To my knowledge, none of the Royal Family send autographs.

The Queen will never send you anything hand-signed/hand-written, unless she knows you personally or you have served her directly. I doubt she reads the bulk of her letters too, as there are just far too many!

Her Royal Majesty is a remarkable woman!
I think she doesn't send autographs, but it is explicable. She is not an actress or a singer. And if she is from a Royal Family it doesn't make Her obliged to respond unknown people. Anyway, it's always nice from you to write her. Even if you'll receive a letter back from Her secretary or something like that, it means much as well. Good luck anyone who's going to write her! I'll keep my fingers crossed for your letter be red and responded {thumb2}
