Stamps!! please help!!

Hi! I would really like to write a letter to robert pattinson, but i don't know where to get a stamp 4 the UK! I am in the US , so how many would I need? Thank you for answering!! 
I think you can buy IRC's(international reply counpons), they are vouchers that you put inside the envelope and when the celebrity you write to takes them to their post office, they can be redeemed for stamps(for that celebritys country).
So all you need to do is send some IRC's inside your envelope, and when robert patison opens your envelope and see's the ircs, he can take them to his post office and get UK stamps for them.
