Send more...19 isn't going to get you anywhere. I have over 200 requests out at the moment and I get them back almost every week or so...

Do you always include a SASE or IRC's? That will give you a greater chance of getting successes

An average response usually takes 3 to 6 months to receive.

If you send a lot of requests, you're more likely to get responses back. Just keep writing and sending. Always send a SASE or SAE with an IRC or money for postage, that will certainly increase your response rate.

I just checked my list of Pending Requests and I have out over 40.. but I've slowed down a lot the last few months.

Also, keep in mind that a lot of celebs are really busy (just like we are!) around the holiday season - so that could take a bit longer for a response too.

It is usually slow this time of the year. You might get a mailbox full in January.

I have around 40 pending requests and another 5-10 ready to send out this week or next. Most have been within the last month. So, I haven't recieved many lately. :neutral: I got lucky last week, recieving two requests back!

I don't even count my pending requests, I have too many . But I'm always nervous when nothing is coming back, just as you are, but consider that the celebs are busy as everyone and now the Christmas is near so they might take time off work I guess that after the New Year our autographs will star coming
