Will trade US stamps for UK and Russian stamps

I need some stamps from the UK and Russia. Enough for 4 seperate envelopes from the UK (1 8x10 plus cardboard) and 1 large envelope from Russia. I am having a hard time finding IRCs (the local post office said they were not making them anymore).
