No, you won't.
Rooney only sends stamped (non-authentic) club cards. If you want an authentic from him you have to send either an England or United shirt, or a copy of his book, to his agency address along with an SASE.

It is not impossible; members has had successes from Wayne sending un-official items; i.e posters, and have recived it back autographed. However, the chances are much lower then if you send a shirt.

From what I've seen, that only happens at the end of a season for a lucky few.
