So i have a first edition harry potter and the chamber of secrets 1st edition that i just found in my house and i was wondering if i should take a chance and see if daniel radcliffe will sign it ttm at the equus venue. i also have year 4, and 5. please need advice on this.

I really wouldnt advise sending a 1st edition TTM.

Personally - I wouldn't do it. I'd keep all 1st editions. If you're planning on sending to Equus, Daniel just seems to be hitting the people who sent in November now - so I'm not sure when he'll get around to those who send in January, especially as the play is closing on Feb 8th.

The general rule is to send what you're willing to lose.

No I wouldnt send a 1st edition Harry Potter book. That's way to valuable. The only way you could get his autograph, is if you met him. Sorry.

Actually - that's not true. Daniel is a good signer Via Venue - especially Equus.

Thank you but do you think he would sign it before he left equus.does he take his fanmail with him in case he didnt have enough time when the play closes.

I don't know if he would sign it before he left. I don't know if there's enough time for him to get to all of the fanmail that he'll get before the play closes. I'm sure he's absolutely swamped with fanmail - there may be too much for him to take it with him.

I've not heard of him taking fanmail after a venue closes, in fact, most celebs don't take fanmail after the venue closes.
