hey guys im wondering would you ever make a gift for a celebrity and send it to them. i personaly wouldnt because i dont wanna come off as stalkerish nor weird. i was debating whether to make a ring or necklace for chelsea staub, and then i decided not to even thou looking back it wouldve been sweet. anyway im wondering would you make a gift for a celeb or no?

ps the closest ive ever gotten to a gift is ive wished a celeb a happy birthday or something. and i also made a little note that said happy bday to miley cyrus when i wrote her.

Hi miley cyrus fan! ;-)

I rarely send gifts to celebrities, but when I do so, it is only in my second letter after I've received a reply from them. {up} I don't do this with everyone, so far I've only sent a thank you gift to actor Charlie Cox. {thumb2} So basically, I only do so in my second letters to the, which is usually a thank you letter.

I don't find it stalkerish at all, but it also depends on what gift you send. For example, if I send gifts (which doesn't happen a lot), I would make something really small and just nice, like a little bookmark with a nice saying on it or a bracelet.I think sending a huge birthday present or Christmas present would look strange though! :lol:

Good luck,
zanne

I was just thinking about sending gift to one actor. And I was wondering in what kind of envelope do you sent a gift? Or you send it as a package? Do you send it as a registered letter? Hehe many questions =D

Hello ursha! ;)

It depends on what gift you send when deciding on an envelope. {thumb2} Bookmarks and string bracelets are as light (and thick) as paper, so you can just place it loosely (along with your letter) in the envelope. :) If the gift is too big, you'll have to send a bigger envelope, and preferably with registered mail then. {up}

Good luck!

I have sent hand made bracelets and earrings to a few people. Only people that I think are likely to receive the mail and actually read it! I have made cards for a few people too!

Phoebe :D

For my VERY favourite celebrities I'll make them a card. I have a card making kit so I just take a card, write their name on the front in glitter glue pens and then stick some gems and things around. They look so pretty and so much more personal than just sending a letter, they can tell I have put a lot of effort into it. Then I write inside the card just how I would a normal letter.

I'd make nothing more than a bookmark for my favourite celebrities {up}
