hi im new to this site and new to autograph collecting, so far i only have a few autographs from simple plan, plain white Tees, and a few other that I have gotten in person. So i just wanted to ask a few questions:

1. What are some good celebs to write to that return requests?
2. Whats a good way to start a letter? Do i start by introducing myself?
3. Is it good to provide a picture for the person to sign?

thank you.

1. You should write to whoever you're a fan of. One thing I always say is if you don't know the celeb, don't write to them just because you'll get a response.
2. I usually indroduce myself, Hi my name is...and I'm from...
3. It depends on who you're writing to and where you mail your letter to. If you write to someone via venue (movie set), it's a good idea to provide a picture and a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE). Also, look at the Feedback forum, everyone usually states what they sent with their letter or if they didn't send anything but a letter.

I hope that helps {up}

Hi and Welcome

Write to anyone. Its up to you- most people are pretty kind at giving autographs.
I start my letters by introducing myself, so you could do that as well.
It os good to put in a picture, but it is not always needed. I haven't put in a picture for anyone, so I cant really comment.

Hope this helps you,

You say that you got a Simple Plan autograph. Do you mind me asking what address you used? I love Simple Plan
