Hello ; if your planning on sending to miley cyrus heres what you should do
Send ; a letter poster and a sase
That stands for self addressed stamped envolope
It usually takes 9-10 months depending on where you live its different
if you provide a pic its definet for sure she will sign it

Sorry but it's not 'deinet for sure' she will sign it.
It's not definate for sure that ANY celebrity will sign any pictures.
Please don't say things you don't know :/.
Miley is not a great signer, so it really is not definate.
