Home Address???

my other post got deleted and i was wondering what others thought about writing to celebrity's house address.

As I was about to reply to your last post: I agree. There are people I have written to whose home addresses are available on fanmail and it's obvious by the replies people have received, that they have no problem with that, so if classifies this as "stalking" .. eh, I would say not.

Obviously if they didn't reply to requests then I wouldn't use those addresses. And if they had an agent, it would make sense to use that address instead.

Probably because it was getting a little heated. I'm surprised it was just deleted like that though. Most forums I have been on would at least post a warning or lock a thread. I guess I have a lot to learn about being this site.

With older actors/actresses etc, you can't really avoid using home addresses if they haven't really worked in a long time. Unlike someone like Maggie Smith who is of the older generation, but still has an agent.

I don't see why it just wasn't locked. This one will most likely get deleted as well.

As I said before... I wouldn't write unless they have NO other contact info.

I actually locked the thread first because it was getting out of hand and arguments were starting, plus I didnt like the way the thread was going. Then you undermined me by unlocking it and continued posting in it, leaving me with no choice but to delete it.

I didn't post in the old thread so I didn't see what was said, but I think the only way I would write to a celebrities home address is if I was a huge fan and they didn't have a working fanmail address. If others had tried to write before and the celebrity was not happy about it then I wouldn't even consider it though.
