Hi all,

There is always a possibility of you bumping into a celeb on the streets, so my question is:

Do any of you bring a marker and index cards with you when you travel around?

I don't but when there are celebrities in town I do

Well I always have a note pad and pen in my bag, but that's for Uni not for autographs. But if I bumped into a celebrity then I would have that which they could sign

Well I would say usually no, but I am going to London for the first time on April 14th until April 15th, so I am thinking of getting an autograph book.

Yes, I always do and it pays off !! - have seen Mohammed Al Fayad, Steve Harmisson ( England Cricket ) and Nial Quinn ( Football ) withought planning !!

Not currently, but I am thinking of getting an extra pack of index cards and a sharpie to carry round. I always do in London though!

Good question! Well, it is rare to find A-list actors strolling around in South Africa - only when they're filming here, like Daniel Craig, Matt Damon, Clint Eastwood, Colin Farrell, Leonardo Di Caprio and now Malin Akerman is also going to film here in April. {thumb2} If I were ever to see one of these stars, I would probably faint as I'm not used to it at all. So I never carry anything to sign with me, but perhaps I should consider doing so next year when the FIFA World Cup will be hosted here - especially since I live just one block away from one of South Africa's biggest stadiums, Loftus Versveld (Pretoria). I might accidently bump into Cristiano Ronaldo (wishful thinking...). {love} No, security will be too tight...

I don't carry around anything mainly because no one ever comes to where I am, I'm sure if I lived in southern California I would, but barely anyone comes to where I am, unless they are promoting something or filming.

If I ever saw someone famous wandering around my village I would assume they were lost and go and give them directions to get back out again! I can't imagine ever seeing anyone famous in my neck of the woods!

There's quite a good chance that I could bump into someone where I live at Uni, but I walk around in my own world the whole time so I doubt I'd even notice if Mariah Carey came up and introduced herself

I have a sharpie on me at all times and have index cards in my car. The only celebrities that I met by chance were the Goo Goo Dolls who were at a radio station when I was waiting for someone else. I pulled out a newer dollar bill and had them sign that.
