You can also post suggestions, comments to the fanmail.biz database managers here. Do not post your feedback here. Do not request a celebrity address here.
I was just wondering, we see many members here on Fanmail.biz Some often, some not so regularly.. We see members with about 5 feedbacks every few days/weeks and then we see people who helps out and waits for their responses because they didn't send out as many requests
So how important is autograph collecting to you? Is it a big or small part of your life? Obviously some members go "graphing" often if there's an event that they might get a chance of getting IPs and then some who sends to 1 or 2 people without building an entire "collection" at all :razz:
Of course, it's not your whole life and it's not nothing to you either because.. well I assume most of you are here at least for an address to write to {thumb2} So I didn't include these 2 extremes in the poll
Me? I voted for the 3rd one "Nice to do/Avarage" because I have many more active hobbies such as various sports and of course I have school and friends and all that going on {thumb2} I love any TTM authentic/personalized successes of course, and I admire my collection and will love it even more once I get most or all of my pendings back! {love}

I chose the second option. I can't wait to get home from school everyday to see if I have a success waiting for me, if I don't I feel quite down but If I do I can be on a high for days! {thumb2}
I can't decide which option to go for lol. I do look forward to seeing if I have any successes, but since I only go home every 2-3 weeks I have a long wait! So I can't just jump out of bed and go and look, but during those 2-3 weeks I am excited to get home and check! Also, I have other hobbies, like Gymnastics, which takes up a lot of time. Plus I have all my Uni work to do. I don't really have the time to write out as many letters as I would like to, but I still make as much time for this forum as I can, I love it on here!
I don't send out as many requests as some people do, but I do try and send out atleast one a week.
Autograph collecting is important to me, but it doesn't even come close to ruling my life!
Thanks -Lil1- for the amazing set! Favourite autographs:Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Paul Daley, Rashad Evans, Chris Leben and Ariel Helwani Most wanted:Mariah Carey, Michelle Rodriguez, Shania Twain, Michael Bisping, GSP and Dixie Chicks
I chose the second option- important.
It doesn't rule my life, but I love it and can't imagine not collecting!
When I wake up in the morning I pray I have something.
And when I get home from school if I have something it makes my day.
If I don't, I'm pretty dissappointed.
It's just such a great feeling getting an autograph TTM!
Especially if you've just had a bad day- it just makes it so much better!

I chose the 3rd option. It is important for me but i have other things to do like school work(I'm coming up to my GCSE's soon), and other interests i have so i dont have a lot of time to write to people. When i first started collecting I would of chose the 1st option - it was crazy how much i was addicted to it and i was quite impatient back then waiting for an autograph to come through. Now its a hobby i do in my space time (I'm also doing this hobby for my Duke of Edinbrough) when i feel like writing to someone i admire. When i receive an autograph, its quite rare and it really brightens up my day - To me, its not like an everyday thing where you receive successes, autographs come through to me when I dont really expect them and thats whats exciting {thumb2}
I love autographs.. but I don't really need a collection of 15,000!
I think it would be amazing to have that many, but I do have important things to do and autographs are basically something to do in my spare time.
Same here. I voted nice to do. Autograph collecting is just a hobby. Definitely not 70% of my life. And I can go weeks without thinking about getting an autograph ttm.
I really don't spend that much time on it. I do however send out the occasional ttm request or go to events where my fav celebrities might be signing, and I like to educate myself about certain celebrities signing habits/characteristics. But that's about it.
I couldn't really choose one option, as when I go through phases, three of them might apply!
It is more of a hobby that anything else, but when I finally decide to start writing to people and composing my letters, it does take over me, and becomes important that I get them written and sent out.
But I can also go a long time between requests as well. And when I am expecting an autpgraph back within a certain space of time, then I am always on edge as to whether anything will come in the post. Otherwise, I just wait and don't think about it too much.
