do i need to send photos for them to sign?

There are many that do, and some that don't. Could you name some celebrities? It'd be impossible for everyone to just name some that do and don't!

If you want to know if someone sends a photo or not, check their previous feedback . If everyone sent a photo, than usually that means the celeb doesn't send a photo, but if their is one success without sending a picture you'll be safe not sending one (what I go by).

If you don't know how to check feedback, the easiest way is to use the search bar to find the person's address page, than click on the two arrows after last feedback received.

You would have to supply something for nearly all of these people.
I would recommend index cards to minimalize costs.
